I’ve spent years traveling, filming, and documenting hotels across Mexico and around the world. And after experiencing so many properties firsthand, I realized something important:
 

We don't remember the thread count of our bed sheets, or the size of the hotel suite. 
We remember how a place made us feel, the conversation we had over dinner, the silence we hadn’t felt in months; the feeling of reconnecting with someone we love, the version of ourselves we found while being away from home. That, to me, is true hospitality.

At Iris Concept Media, we believe hospitality deserves better storytelling.

We believe people don’t travel simply to stay somewhere beautiful. They travel to escape, to reconnect, to celebrate, to heal, to feel inspired, alive, present. And the brands that understand this emotionally will always stand out.

That’s why our work is centered around human connection and emotional relevance. We don’t just create content that looks cinematic. We create narratives people can emotionally see themselves inside of. Because the best hotels in the world aren’t selling rooms. They're selling memories people haven't lived yet.

And maybe that perspective comes from my own relationship with travel. Some of the most meaningful moments of my life have happened far away from home. Driving through unfamiliar roads, waking up in complete silence, sharing conversations I’ll never forget, or simply standing somewhere beautiful and feeling fully present for the first time in a long time.
